Bulk email and newsletters need another service

Which email you may send through Mailyoto, the sending limits per plan, and what Mailyoto refuses.

Updated 29 October 2026

Mailyoto’s sending limits fit personal and transactional email. Newsletters, campaigns and mailing lists need a service built for bulk sending.

What counts as which#

Ask what made this one email go out.

kindit goes out becauseexamples
Personalyou are writing to someonea reply to a customer, a quote, an email to a supplier
Transactionalthe recipient just did somethingan order confirmation, a sign-in code, a receipt
Marketingthe business chose to reach a group of peoplea newsletter, a sale, product news, cold outreach

Personal and transactional email is what Mailyoto sending is for. Marketing email belongs with a bulk sending service.

What the rules say#

The abuse page lists these among the grounds for suspending or closing an account, on every plan:

  • Spam or bulk email that recipients never asked for.
  • Running mailing lists or collecting campaign bounces through aliases.

Every customer shares the same sending servers. One account’s campaign can make mailbox providers refuse email from every customer.

Limits on sending#

limitvalue
Emails a month on Pro5,000
Emails a month on Max15,000
Emails a month on Free0 (Free can’t send)
Recipients in one messageat most 100

Mailyoto counts each recipient, per month from the day your plan renews. The allowance starts again on that day. One day also has a limit, which keeps a large send from using up the month. Replies from your alias count toward the same allowance.

Where to send bulk email instead#

Use an email marketing or bulk sending service. Add its records to your domain as that service describes. If it needs an SPF include, merge it into your one SPF record: see Merging SPF records.
