Report mail you never asked for that came from a Mailyoto address or domain. We act on the account that sent it.
Send us the message
Forward it to
abuse@mailyoto.comInclude
- The message as an attachment. Forwarding it inline drops the headers that show which server sent it.
- When it reached you, with your time zone.
- The Mailyoto alias or domain it came from, if the message shows one.
- Other messages like it. Several from one sender are easier to trace than one.
The account holder never learns who reported them.
Spam sent to an alias you own
Forward it to the abuse address above, as an attachment. The "Report spam" button in your inbox sends the complaint to us, because ours is the last server the message passed through. The sender does not get it.
Why forwarded email needs different handlingWhat happens after a report
We compare your report with what our own abuse checks have found on that account. Then we take the smallest step that stops the abuse.
- A block that expires
- Only the alias or sending domain involved stops working, for a set time.
- A closed account
- For deliberate or repeated abuse, we close the account and every domain on it.
- No change
- The message didn't pass through Mailyoto, or the account broke no rule.
We write back with the outcome.
