Common questions
How does yearly billing work?
A yearly plan costs at least 20% less than 12 monthly payments. Pro is $48/year and Max is $95/year.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Polar, our reseller, takes the payment and emails your receipts.
What happens to my domains and aliases if I stop paying?
We delete nothing. At the end of your paid period, your account moves to Free. Anything over Free's limits is paused until you upgrade.
Is the price the same in every country?
Yes. Prices are in US dollars and are the same everywhere, with no regional surcharges or hidden fees. Where your country charges sales tax or VAT on digital services, it is added at checkout.
How do refunds work?
You have 30 days from any charge to ask for it back. Email us, and we refund that charge in full to the card or account you paid with. A refund does not cancel your plan. Cancel it from your dashboard if you do not want it to renew. The Refund Policy has the details.
