The Usage page
What the Usage page and a domain's Usage and logs tab count, which periods they show, and when the monthly allowances start again.

Usage in the sidebar counts the email all your domains handle. Each domain’s Usage and logs tab shows the same numbers for that domain only, above its list of messages.
What each part shows#

| Forwarded | Emails Mailyoto received for your aliases in the chosen period, the days it covers, and the busiest day. |
| Sent | Emails sent from your domains in the chosen period, the days it covers, and the busiest day. |
| Allowance line | The plan’s monthly allowance for forwarding or sending, across all your domains. Hidden when the plan’s figure is 0. |
| Left this period | What is left of the current period’s allowance. Only on the account page, for Current period. |
| Forwarded and sent email | A chart of both counts: one bar per day, or one bar per period for Last 12 months. |
| By domain | The 2 counts for each domain in the period. Only on the account page. |
| Allowances note | The day the allowances start again. Only on the account page. |
On a Free plan, Sent reads “Your current plan does not include sending.” with a link to See plans.
Periods#
Both pages offer the same periods under Period on every plan, and both open on the first one: Current period, Previous period and Last 12 months.
- A period is one allowance month. It starts on the day your plan renews, or on Free on the day of the month you signed up.
- Current period runs up to today.
- Last 12 months covers the current period and the 11 before it, with one bar per period.
When the counts start again#
The forwarding and sending allowances start again at 00:00 UTC on the day your plan renews each month. On Free, they start again on the day of the month you signed up. If a month has no such day, such as the 31st in February, they start again on its last day. The Usage page shows the next date.
One day also has a limit, which keeps a sudden flood from using up the whole month. It starts again every day at 00:00 UTC.
